St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church & School
"Grace Alone! Faith Alone! Scripture Alone!"

We believe...

(John 20:30-31) And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; {31} but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

Over 100 years ago Christians gathered here to organize a Lutheran school and congregation so that this gospel message of Christ Jesus might be proclaimed until the end of days. We are a congregation that is centered in Christ Jesus and His unchangeable and inerrant Word - The Bible.

We believe, teach and confess the truths of the Bible. We confess the Apostles’, Nicene, and Athanasian Creeds. We hold that The Book of Concord of 1580 are true and genuine expositions of the doctrines of the Bible.

We believe, teach and confess that we are saved by GRACE ALONE. The Triune God has saved us not by our goodness, but by His undeserved love - grace. In grace He planned our salvation and sent His only-begotten Son, born of the Virgin Mary, to take our place under the Law. Jesus is the Christ, the only Messiah of this World.

We believe, teach and confess that the Triune God saves us by FAITH ALONE. Faith is believing and trusting that Jesus has lived a perfect life in our place and died suffering the punishment we deserve. Faith credits to our account Christ's merit. Through believing we have life in His Name.

We believe, teach and confess that the Triune God reveals His grace and works saving faith in our hearts by SCRIPTURE ALONE. Jesus Christ is the center of both the Old and New Testament. The Bible is the Triune God's revelation of Himself and is without error. The Bible is the sole rule for our faith and life.

We invite all who are searching for the Truth to join us in Christ-centered Word-based Worship.
